Bali Travellers and Expat Health Clinic focuses on travellers and community health in Bali, especially in Sanur. It started as a combined idea by a local Balinese general practitioner dr. Wayan Wiranatha and his wife, a tourist destination specialist Mrs. Sara Violina, of which both looked through the windows of travellers and expats which later decided it was crucial that travellers health was very important for a sustainable tourism in Bali. It started in 2018 as Bali Travellers Health information services through local expat and travellers community in Bali. We learnt that many expats and international travelers were either confused or unsatisfied with the care and service given in some healthcare services in Bali, therefore we wanted to improve and support Bali’s Travellers Health through providing a better professional healthcare.

Since 2018, expats and travellers had been recommending Bali Travellers Health services and dr. Wayan Wiranatha through their expat communities, news, and social media. Unfortunately due to his government assigned work, national health insurance care work, and previous COVID-19 outbreak he was unable to fulfill most appointment and was not yet able to open his private practice. Nevertheless we were proud to treat old and new patients throughout the years, made plenty of friends and families, and most importantly giving a comfort of mind and a big satisfactory smile on our patient’s face of recovery. Our basis of treatment is simple and yet very meaningful, which is that we treat you as how we want to be treated, by providing you the best comprehensive healthcare in Bali starting late 2022.

The clinic accepts direct visits of patients. Usually Dr. Wayan Wiranatha or his colleagues will be available in the clinic. For special cases such as requesting a doctors (such as dr. Wayan Wiranatha), the appointment can be done through the phone or via email.
We also provide Home Services\/Call whenever the doctor is available. <\/p>

Medical Check-Up & Lab Works<\/h3><\/div>

Medical check up or lab work can be done in the clinic through a consultation with the clinic doctor. Blood will be sent by to Labs by the clinic. Results will be given to the patient and discussed thoroughly. Doctors will kindly provide information, referral, and plannings about your current condition. X-ray and other imaging will be referred to the nearest facility. <\/p>

Insurance and Referral<\/h3><\/div>

Insurance claims are mostly done by the patient under their insurance policy, mostly by reimbursement or case file billing. Referral can be given to patients for further treatment or plannings. International assisted referral is also provided by the clinic through the insurance or private health.<\/p>
